Skip Scooters

Skip's mission is to energize cities by making mobility accessible to everyone. We believe this requires designing every aspect of a micromobility network from the ground up. This includes custom vehicle hardware, the software-defined fleet management system and ground operations for safety and recharging.
My role was Product Designer, adding new features to the admin dashboard and designing a new riding app concept.

App gives the rider the relevant drive information as well as navigation.

Admin Dashboard
Scooters can be monitored on a map. Admin also the the insgight into each of them along with the scooter actions.
All incidents are shown ranked by severity and with the option to assign personell for maintenance.

We've also added dark mode to the dashboard, which required recalibrating the colours and taking other accessibility parameters into concern.
X-ray functionality allows the admin to track scooters vital information.
